ACTOR Shaheizy Sam (pic) is unperturbed that people are criticising him for uploading bare-chested pictures of himself at the gym, reported Kosmo!.
The actor was working out to prepare for his role as Inspector Khai in the film Polis Evo 2, which will hit cinemas next month.
Netizens took to social media to criticise him for showing off his body, and some even said his body appeared disproportionate.
“They can say whatever they like. Their criticism will not discourage me from striving to achieve what I want,” he said.
Shaheizy Sam said he uploaded the pictures for fun and to encourage the public to work out.
> An orange cat was spotted acting as “guardian” at the grave of a late animal lover for the past nine months, Harian Metro reported.
The female cat is said to frequent the grave of Nordin Rehen in the cemetery near Jalan Kuala Garing, Rawang. Although the cat does not belong to them, Nordin’s family members have become used to seeing it around.
Nordin’s wife, Mahani Wahab, said her late husband loved cats.
“When his pet cat went missing, he cried and went looking for it everywhere,” said Mahani.
> Harian Metro also reported that a woman in Terengganu had to sell her collection of 430 novels to pay for her hospital bills.
Azilawati Awang, 29, has diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and bipolar disorder.
She started collecting novels in 2010.
“Now I have side income, so I will not be a financial burden to my husband and can keep going for my hospital treatments.”
Her husband, who works as a school gardener, earns RM900 a month. She said she used to spend a few hundred ringgit a month to buy novels.
